MySQL Databases

Is there a forum, somewhere online, for sharing MySQL database schemas
and applications?

For example, if I want a basic check register or contact manager using
MySQL, I am certain that these things have been developed hundreds of
times. I could do it, but why re-invent the wheel? Is there anything
like this out there in the ether?
