Started a project in Perl

I recently started a project to make a Perl-based Open-source
cross-platform Editor. (POXE)
Think Emacs in Perl, with some easier interface options, and easier
programming. I'm just asking for help.

You might want to re-think the name, as ISTM it sounds a bit like this.
