Configure -Dextras

being veery new to perl, I wonder where can I find the Configure
options, particulary for -Dextras?
What extras are available?
This is for perl-5.8.7

Start with the INSTALL file in the top level directory of the perl source.
You might also consult the README.xxx (in the same location) where 'xxx' is
your OS. (That's assuming that such a "README.xxx" exists.)
