Troubles with Vortex Aureal 2 sound card

Sound card Votrex Aureal 2, motherboard on chip VIA, slackware 9.1, kernel
2.6.4, ALSA 1.0.1
Quite often vanishes a sound, As it is treated in Windows I I know (
