C2 auditing

Does anyone know of a C2 aufdit package that works? I tried the package in
the 2.6.XX kernel,
but watch lists do not work, which make the rest of the package useless for
classified DOD
approval for new systems. I have submitted a Bugzilla report but have heard
nothing. Has anyone
received authorization to use another method by Defense Security?
