Done with errors on page

Can someone tell me what this means----Done,but with errors on
page.---------This is at the bottom of my internet explorer, Ad what i have
to do to resolve it. Thanks.

Double-click the error icon and it will bring up information about what is
wrong. A somewhat common thing is that you are using javascript on the
page and store the javascript code in an external file, but this file is
by some reason not downloaded by the client (wrong reference to the file
for example).

The error will tell you what is wrong (and this is usually not related at
all to IIS).

Okay, I am getting this error too and when I get this error I can not
click on certain links. Like when I try to download from file planet.
It loads the page but when I click on the button nothing happens and
every time I go there I get the done but with errors on page. What is
this? I have tried everything to a fresh install, sp2 added, all hot
fixes, tried without any antivirus, spyware removal tools etc etc the
works. A fresh install did not even work! What is this someone PLEASE
HELP!! The errors seems random, like 88 object expected line 2 etc
etc.. what is this???

It is a javascript error. The code is wrong. That is what it is.

This will not be fixed by re-installing your machine, because the code
served by the webserver is wrong.

It is totally unrelated to IIS.

I have same issue: Hi, a few days ago I ran Microsoft Windows XP Updates.
Also installed a patch for Internet Explorer (6). Ever since then, whenever I
login to hotmail, the bar at the bottom of the IE window states "Done, but
with errors on page, it’s the yellow triangle with exclamation point" .
Any help is appreciated.

I have deleted the MSIE Cache, restarted, rebooted, lowered the Security,
Accepting 3rd party cookies yet same issue, pls help.

This is wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for IIS, a webserver, and you
are not having problems with IIS.
