Problem Initiating a word Component from IIS6.

We have a Word component which we call from asp.net (through RCW)
every thing

seems to Work in winxp iis5.1 but not in 2003 server iis 6.0

What might be the most probable reason behind it

i have given dcomconfig rights and all other stuffs

any help would be of great help
