It is not in the PPM , so I try to install it manually.

Unfortunatly for you that module contains C code. It will have to be
compiled. If you have an account with ActiveState (you are paying for
support) they may provide you with a compiled version. If this is not
the case you will have to compile it yourself. This page seems to
