perl script for uploading photo and getting the return value of submit

i just can't make it ..

ive made som perl script creating a form for uploading images but my
concern is to retrieve the return value of the submit button....

can you give me a sample perl script that creates a form that uploads
photo.

and return the value of the submit button..
