error in running configure and compile of myodbc

I am trying to run configure with the following options.
./configure --prefix=/home/viyer/mysqlconnect/mysql-odbc --with-iodbc=/vobs/securities/SECURITIES_EPS_COMMON/Source/D atabase/libodbcxx0_2_3 --with-mysql-path=/app/mySql-4.1/mysql-4.1.13 --with-unixODBC-includes=/vobs/securities/SECURITIES_EPS_COM MON/Source/Database/Test/CacheTests/cppclient/thirdparty/uni xODBC/include --without-qt_includes --disable-gui --disable-test --without-samples --with-unixODBC=/vobs/securities/SECURITIES_EPS_COMMON/Sourc e/Database/Test/CacheTests/cppclient/thirdparty/unixODBC

The issue I am facing is that the script fails as it fails to find the library libltdl. I removed entry for this library from the configure scipt and I was able to run the script successfully.
But when I tried to run make, it gave the following error while compiling catalog.c

It is unable to find the header file ltdl.h.
My question is on the solaris 2.8, from which path I can get this file and library. If not available what are my options. Can I download it from another location. Can I disable the use of this header and libary in configure, if it is not required.

Your insights will be highly appreciated.
