install DBI help

C:\>perl -v
This is perl, v5.8.8 built for MSWin32-x86-multi-thread, i'm using winxpsp2
trying trying to install DBI from ppm
i get this error at the end :

How to fix this error , as i need to install DBD oracle after dbi
