Summary: data source configuration dialog page switching bugs

Initial Comment:
This report is about the experimental 7.30 branch: switching to the second page in the data source config dialog removes the text "Page 2" from the button, and every page switch moves the dialog a couple of dozen pixels downward on the screen...

Message:
Please make check/supply all of the following to enable this bug
report to be investigated properly.

1) Have you tried the latest psqlodbc driver (included
development snapshot)?

2) What is the PostgreSQL backend version and psqlODBC version
affected?

3) Does the bug appear in both psqlODBC driver type (ANSI x
Unicode) or only in one of them?

4) What environment do you use to access the psqlODBC driver
(e.g. ADO from VB6)?

5) Describe steps which lead to reproduce the bug.

6) It could be nice if you attach reproduceable example (source
or/and compiled).

7) Don't forget to attach mylog output if you don't attach a
reproduceable example. Feel free to attach both (repro example
and mylog output). You have to enable mylog output in Global and
DataSource options.

Tip: You can't attach files unless you log in to
pgfoundry.org first!
