Hi mysql-team,
I have a question about multitasking or -threading-possibility of =
MyODBC-Connector.
We have problems using our current Sybase system parallel from two =
applications at the same machine.
Applications are hanging up and so on.
So my question is if MyODBC is able to handle this problem of parallel =
use better?
In the website documentation I can not find any information about it.
Thanks
Alexander Behrend

You shouldn't have a problem running 2 apps from 1 machine, no matter
which database server you're using. Each app should open it's own
connection, and the 2 shouldn't interfere with each other.
Without knowing anything more about the apps, it's hard to say what's
happening. More details maybe?
