Is there anything that can be done, legally, about that annoying
Winfixer pop up. Anytime you click the no button the bloody thing loads.

Help me a bit... was WinFixer that useless piece of crap promising to
fix certain problems or was it a well-known malware promising the same?
In the first case you should simply uninstall it, in the latter case you
should create a backup of your configuration, reinstall everything and
file a law suit.

It's an advert, when you click to get rid of it, it takes you to the
program anyway. If there isn't a law against this sort of thing, there
ought to be..

How does it capture my clicking on AdBlock? And for sure the program
won't run.

Well, if you insist to actually run a JavaScript to popup a window with
a website which tells you bullshit...
