mod_perl POP3/SMTP libraries?

Does anyone know if there are any free mod_perl POP3/SMTP libraries.

I can find the libraries for ActivePerl, but I cannot find the
documentation for mod_perl.

What makes you think that those modules can't be used under mod_perl?

I am new to Perl, can I use the ActivePerl modules with mod_perl?

The modules included in the ActivePerl distribution are a selection of
the CPAN modules, and most of them can be used under mod_perl.
