IP address vs Domain Name - Cookies problem?

Hi,

Im administrating IIS6.0 and our developer reports strange problem with
some ASP applications. When they access application using IP Address -
it works corectly but not when they use domain name. They say that
application uses cookies and something is blocking them when using
domain name and so sessions are not working propertly.

Do you have any idea where can be the problem?
