dmail sending error

I am having this error message when sending mail using dmail
---------------------
25/04 15:39:27 in=04: Command from domain win534asg [127.0.0.1]: rcpt
TO:
25/04 15:39:27 in=04: Relaying permitted by forward_from_ip
25/04 15:39:27 in=04: Command RCPT NOT OK (registration lapsed)
<---what does this means???

This problem is very random.just happen on anyone...no just fit to one
email/domain..email account is a valid one

I think "registration lapsed" says it all.
