dbi.perl.org isn"t working all that great

Hi,

Maybe this is old news to some, but the

FAQ link and support->details links (any of them) aren't working on
dbi.perl.org.

Ilya Sterin [CC'd] let me know recently he was back and able to take on
maintenance of the web site again. Hopefully he can address the issues soon.

I'd not I'll be asking for volunteers again...
