Hi,

Can you explain a bit more where the problems is?

If you users have problem logging into website provided by your IIS while
users who are administrators do not have these problems, make sure that
users have appropriate permissions on the folder where your web content is
(e.g. c:\inetpub\wwwroot by default). IIS will always honor NTFS
permissions -- so if your users don't have NTFS permissions to access the
web content -- they will get access denied.
