SAP R/3 and MS Access

Hello.

This is a question for those who are familiar both with Access and SAP R/3.
I wish to export data from several SAP R/3 reports (transactions such "mmbe"
or "mb52") and combine it in Access.
I would kindly ask you to tell me in what direction to go:
- RFC ?
- SAP .NET CONNECTOR ?
- SAP DCOM CONNECTOR ?
- How to get information about underlying tables (transparent, virtual,
cluster, spool) of a SAP transaction (report)?
