Newbie question

Hello to everyone. This is my first post to this group. I usually post at
alt.os.linux.suse and comp.graphics.apps.gimp, but this is a MySQL
question.
I am installing an application called Contrack which I downloaded from
Sourceforge. I am following the Install file included with the
application. I have created a database called contrack, at the mysql
command propmt. The next step says I need to execute a script called
contrack.sql. This file is in my local directory
(/home/mike/downloads/bz2/sql). How do I execute a script in this location
at the mysql command prompt ??
Thank you in advance.
P.S. I'm running SuSE 10.0 & MySQL 4.1.13.
