can I delete this safely?

I've just found a program on my hard disk called LizzyBizzy.gzi. I
haven' t a clue what it is but it sounds a bit dodgy. Can I delete
this?

Better back it up and find out where it came from. Programs appearing
without your full consent should be a major problem.
