an e-stalker

There is a creep in Maylasia who told me his name is Howard Cheng (the
e-mail address that comes up all the time is k100_1987@hotmail.com)
that looked me up on a chat system months ago, I gave him some lip, and
he has been spaming me ever since.

Obviously, this guy has a lot of free time on his hands.

Any suggestions about any thing else I could do to shut this guy down?
