Accessing output parameters from my program?

Hi,

I'm happy to see that Postgres supports output parameters in 8.1. Now, to
actually use them....

I would like to return multiple sets to my php program. So, questions:

1) I can return sets in output parameters, correct? The example's I've seen
use scalars.

2) Will this work with the existing PHP library? Are there any docs?


3) Assuming it doesn't yet work with php, how would I do this via the C API?
pointers to docs?
