Autoclose for <script> and <style> in HTML::Parser

Good day to all!

When HTML::Parser encounters an unclosed ' -- they close it immediatly.

I do not know which way is the best. But HTML::Parser appears to
have its own -- it closes '' -- they close it immediatly.
