When I click on mail from the main screen it acks like it working but
just goes back to the same screen. Then it goes to this:
Network Error (tcp_error)
A communication error occurred: ""
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems
preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at
a later time.
For assistance, contact your network support team.

This is too little information to go on.
Have you tried with another web-browser or/and on another computer?
I.e. to determine where the 'hang' is.
In any case, see my response in the June 12 thread "Yahoo email -
error: "There was a problem accessing your account."" (in this group).
Please report the Yahoo! Mail server name which is shown in the
'address' bar of your web-browser. Perhaps other people also have
problems with the same server.

You need to enable Java/Javascript in your browser.

I've had problems with yahoo mail in that msgs i've sent (from non-anon
sources) have been failing to arrive at the yahoo.com addresses I'm
sending to.
