Permissions Verifier

I used to the Permissions Verifier Version 1.0 notes to check my system.

Under Policy it says: "Access this computer from the network" and two other
items need to have ASPNET (.NET Framework) as Users.

ASPNET does not exist in my list of Users/Groups. Is this a problem? How do
I add it?

(I have .NET Framework 1.1 and 2 on my system.)
