Unexpected form properties dialog box in FrontPage 2003

In FrontPage 2003, I get a different dialog box from what I expect to see as
explained in the help files and from numerous illustrations in 3rd party
books. I have saved the page as an .asp file and otherwise followed the
instructions very carefully. FP server extensions are, to installed and
operating on my host server (other tested components work). The form is
working in that it sends a text file and both confirmation/error pages.
Additionally, I am seeking more info about registration and discussion form
handlers ... I would appreciate a book reference.

Sorry, I don't use FrontPage so I don't know the answer. You are unlikely to
find frontpage users here.
There are several frontpage newsgroups you could have posted this to. Hint:
they all have the word "ftontpage" in their names.
