Adding Custom Applications to Damn CD Linux

Adding Custom Applications to Damn CD Linux

Hi ALL,

I want to build a LIVE_CD Linux dist with Custom application added to
it.
I have an application which I would like to auto-launch from the Damn
Linux Live-CD.

I had experience working with the Linux drivers.
But, I have no experience coming up with my own Live-Cd Linux Dist.

Can some one provide me pointers on doing trhis. i.e. adding Custom
application to Damn Sources and build it on my my Linux BOX.
I am using Dual Boot FC3 and REDHAT 9 Dist's.
DO I need to have a Debian Dist Hosted?

Regards,
Mukund Jampala

Here is a how-to for "remastering" (customizing) Knoppix:

You might also find the Slax documentation on linux-live.org worth a
