New Connector/NET documentation

New Connector/NET documentation

Connector/NET enables developers to easily create .NET applications that
require secure, high-performance data connectivity with MySQL. It
implements the required ADO.NET interfaces and integrates into ADO.NET
aware tools. Developers can build applications using their choice of
..NET languages. Connector/NET is a fully managed ADO.NET driver written
in 100% pure C#.

We've completely reworked the Connector/NET documentation by now. It
contains more than 50 pages of examples and has 180 pages altogether.

The new documentation is part of the MySQL Reference Manual and can be
viewed online here:

- MySQL 5.1: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/connector-net.html
- MySQL 5.0: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/connector-net.html
- MySQL 4.1: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/4.1/en/connector-net.html

You can also download the Manual in various formats from the
documentation overview page, http://dev.mysql.com/doc.

Regards,

Stefan
