.bo domains not working

The ccTLD operator for BO (Bolivia) domains is having some major
technical difficulties, keeping all of its domains unavailable since
7:00 AM (2006-07-19 07:00 -400). We presume that the problem was
originated earlier, with domains stopping to since as early as 1:20 AM.

The affected domains include all of the country's domains, being the
most sensitive .bo, .com.bo, .edu.bo and .org.bo.

On conversations with ADSIB / NIC BO (the operator for BO domains) we
were told that the problem would be fixed during the morning, but at
the time of this posting (15:45) the service is still interrupted.

We can only wait and hope that the problem will be solved promptly.
