I am new to databases

Can any one tell me where can I download postgres8.1,and postgres7.4.3
driver for 64-bit database when I go to
http://www.postgresql.org/ftp/odbc/versions/

I see there are different folders dll, mm, msi, src, old which one
should I download and can you also please tell me how to configure it .

at http://projects.commandprompt.com/public/odbcng
