Time for a release??

Hi Hiroshi, Luf,

I'd like to make sure we have an 8.2 release of psqlODBC ready for when
the first betas of PostgreSQL 8.2 are released so we have something to
bundle with pgInstaller.

What plans or work in progress do you have that may have any affect on
this? Are there any must-fix items outstanding?

I have no such must-fix. But I'm quite off the development.
I think there could be another 08.02.0200 for fixing in the future.
