We would like to introduce ourselves as a dedicated IT Security & Audit
Training Institute offering myriad of courses and programs to suit
requirements of varied groups ranging from management to network
administrators to system administrators, end-users etc. Programs
offered: IT Security Awareness Programs, CISSP Exam Preparation
Program, CISA Preparation Program, COMPTIA Security+, Checkpoint CCSA,
Developing Information Security Policies, Penetration Testing (aka
Ethical Hacking), Computer Forensics, Incident Handling, BCP & DRP,
Cyberlaw, Auditor's Guide to IT Security.

Well, many, and probably most, companies don't run/have "their own
system" (i.e. News server). And many, and probably most, companies block
most ports, including NNTP/119.
So while it's probably more professional to use another web-to-News
provider, I can understand if people take the easy path, i.e. Google
Groups.
As others have pointed out, there are enough *other* reasons to blame
the OP, so no need to knock/mock the tool they used for posting it! :-)

Valid point there, but I would think that since they touted IT training
and security that they would not have to resort to using google. To me
that was just a big flashing neon sign that says "We have no clue". ;)
I may be judging them too harshly on that point, but it seems that the
majority of trolls seem to post from google also.
