Hey everyone. What is the best way/software for me to find people
streaming music or video on my network?

Since this is a security group.. What do you have for network
management already? Do you have a point where you can see all the
traffic? Or pull flow stats off?

You might want to look at NTOP. ( http://www.ntop.org/ )

We use Tipping Point from 3com. Intrusion Prevention Server lets you
block or throttle hundreds of different types of traffic, streaming
media being 1 of them.
