how can i access a wsdl file?

Hi all,

I have a web service in windows 2000 server and I can navigate and see the
xml contents doing something this
http://myserver/mydir/myfile.wsdl

but now, I install the same web service in a Windows 2003 Server, when i try
navigate any wsdl file, i can not see the xml contents, the message says
"The page cannot be found"

Somebody know why?
