Question.

I am getting the following error when running the make for the psql-odbc
on Suse Linux. I issued the configure command

../configure --with-unixodbc --enable-pthreads

I have attached a file with the make output. Please let me know if
there is a workaround for this issue.

Error during make of psql-odbcHi.

Probably, your environment may be the environment of only odbc operation.
It is an error message that sql.h is not found? I received the SUSE trouble
from another user. The cause was that there was no header file.....
