mysqlclient on fedora core 4

folks
I am trying to upgrade on fedora core 4 mysql to mysql 4.1.20
I am using source rpm to build it on ppc architecture.
When i run the rpm -uvh command and complaints about

libmysqlclient.so.14 missing

This file is found in mysql client but i can not find mysqlclient
source rpm that contains this file

any idea please
