ODBC 8.02.00.02

Hi friends.
Is the ODBC driver version 8.02.00.02 official? I mean, in the PostGreSql's
site it's market as 5 - Production/Stable, but the notes says to use on
tests only. In my mind, Production/stable means "it's stable, can be used on
production". I tried to find out the meaning in the site, with unsuccess.
Could someone explain to me if I can use the driver 8.02.00.02 in production
or only in tests?
