yahoo account hijacked

Some druggie hijacked my email account. Is there any way I can hijack
it back?

I called Yahoo service dept and they can't help me because the
birthdate in their system doesn't match my birthdate. Of all the
friggin things!

What's worse is my website is up on yahoo at that account. I did copy
everything to my hard drive so I can set it up elsewhere but it doesn't
seem fair that criminals can steal an account I had for 10 years.

Well, not MY account Yahoo owns it but you know what I mean!
