website enable ssl ,client certificates choice window is blank!

Hi all,

I have two windows2000 server,server1 with iis,server2 with iis and =
certificate services.in addition,I have one windowsXP client.
two iis configuration is alike.the client certificate is installed in =
windowsXP.

I can access website at server2 .but when I access website at server1 =
then client certificates choice window is blank!
why is this?
