Troubleshooting IIS CRM App Pool Hang/Crash Problem with IISDUMP

Hello *,

we are troubleshooting some problems concerning MS CRM 3.0 and IIS App Pool
Hang. Concerning this we have some warnings in the server system event log
like: W3SVC 1013 for a process of "CRMAppPool" time limit exceeds at
shutdown....

So we decided to analyse the server with IISCHAgent and IISDUMP.

Server is German Windows Server 2003. We have installed

.. Our problem is, that we cannot execute iisdump.

Message is:
C:\IISDebugTools>IISDump.exe

Command line:
IISDump.exe


ERROR: You must be an Administrator to run this tool.

We tried local admin, dom admin, interactive, console, rdp...

Any hints?
