While Googling for a portable software firewall that could be run from a
USB drive, I came upon something rather different. A self-contained
multi-layer portable security appliance designed for laptop users. It's
due to be shipped in November. I'd appreciate an informed take on toe

This is just a small firewall appliance. If it's implemented well, it
should work well.
