Kerio interfering with XP Pro SP2

From locking an uninstallation routine of another program, to
preventing ATI Tray Tools profile shortcuts from functioning, I've now
discovered that Kerio is causing XP to slow to a crawl when trying to
change XP's colour scheme.
For example, it takes about 30 seconds to change from Olive Green to
Silver. The screen slowly fades to grey the fails to respond for a while
unless I Ctrl-A-D. If I close Kerio, the the scheme changes over in an
instant.
I simply can't find any function within Kerio that could be causing all
this! Anybody else know why this is happening?

Which version of Kerio are you using? I'm using 2.1.5 on an XP sp2
box and everything seems normal.
