Query Browser Connection Issue

Hi all!!! Has anyone experienced a connection problem with Query =
Browser? I need to connect to MySQL server (wich is in 10.21.247.175) =
from another machine (10.21.247.180). When I try to connect it says =
"Host Machine 1 is not allowed to connecto to this MySQL Server".
When I try via ODBC I got the same problem.
Someone could help me with this?

Man!!
This is the mysql server that is configured to not allow connection from
that host
see the perms in mysql.user and mysql.db table

Check the MySQL Manual for GRANT and REVOKE commands and the way to
allow combinations of 'user'@'host' to access your server...
