need a help to network security assignment

Hi my question is:

"There are different kinds of cyber attack on every part of today's
cyber systems. It will not be surprising if an investigate
uncertainties rose to defined its cyber systems adequately against any
cyber threats."

Write a report with minimum 3000 words stating and analyzing the types
of attack can be posed to an industry's cyber systems and the
protection that an industry can implement to defend itself against
imperceptible cyber adversaries and terrorism.

I'm a native speaker of English. I'm sensitive to the plight of
non-native speakers. But I honestly have no friggin idea what the
hell those 2 sentences are trying to say because it has so many
english usage errors. After reading it 10 times I'm pretty sure it is
all just meaningless fluff saying "There are threats and there are
countermeasures out there in the big bad world."

Okay, all that crap above can be summarized:

Give me 3000 words describing all vulnerabilities and
countermeasures on every internet-connected system.

It's a horrible assignment that is way too broad.

The question and assignmnet is so insanely broad such that I'm not
sure the person teaching your class has much of a clue. They've
basically asked "summarize computer security in 3000 words or less."

I think I'd start by going back to the teacher and seeing if they can
narrow that idiotic assignment down any.

I suspect that part of the instructor's goal in this assignment was
for you to locate the appropriate resources on your own. In other
words, do your own homework so that you actually learn something other
than whining for help.
