problem regarding configuration of DSN

Dear Sir,

            We
have installed MyODBC driver 3.51.While configuring  it with System
DSN we are getting problem of database.Following error occur in
msgbox

1. Request returned with SQL_ERROR.

2.[MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver]Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost'
(10061)

This is either a problem with permissions of the user connecting or
the MySQL server is not configured correctly for network access.
