apache2.0.55 with PHP

Iam running apache2.0.55 and iam having issue with the amount of
virtual host i have in my httpd.conf file. If I delete some my php.ini
file get read OK but when i add some more virtual host my info.php
should all default setting. Anyone have any Ideas?
