Free service to bounce mails?

Is there a free service (or a way for doing this with Yahoo and
Gmail's free e-mail service) that can be added to an MX record
that will forward mails to one of Yahoo or Gmail?

I'm thinking that if an email is sent to an address without their
own mail server, it'll be delivered to a service registered in their
MX records, and that service will re-address the mail to a valid
Yahoo or Gmail account. Kinda like forwarding, but using the
MX records only.

What has that got to do with bouncing?
