Question about w32 api calls in php

Yo.
After designing a bit of a web interface for remote control of my
media-player. I noticed some things needed to be done using more
advanced commands.

However, It seams I cant use the php_w32api.dll in php 5. so Anyone got
an idea of how to send a keystroke to a certain windows window from php.
(a window on the server side that is)
